The Beadsmith Micro Engraver is an all-in-one tool for enabling craftsman, jewelers, woodworkers and DIYers to drill, engrave, carve, and polish even the most delicate of projects. The battery operated cordless engraving tool uses 2 AAA (1.5V) batteries. The compact, pen-like design allows you to hold the engraver as you would hold a pencil, making for smooth engraving. The push button activation can be used with your thumb or forefinger. The button is very sensitive, so only a light touch is required. To use, simply touch the bit to the item to be engraved. Included in the kit are two different sized round diamond-tip bits and an allen/hex key! These steel bits measure 1.75” in length and are encrusted with industrial grade diamond tips. They are designed for use with micro engravers and rotary tools to enlarge bead holes and smooth surfaces. The kit comes in a clear box that is ideal for safe and organized storage. To use wet the bead and the appropriate reamer tip with water than insert the tip into the bead hole. Rotate the reamer back and forth, pausing often to check progress. Repeat these steps on the other side of the beads. Rinse and dry bead and reamer tip.
