Self Fusing Silicone Tape 2" x 3ft x 0.04" Waterproof Sealing Plumbing Rubber Tape for Water Pipe Hose Leak Silicone Grip Repair Seal, White
Size - Width: 5cm/1.97 inch; Length: 100cm/3.28 ft; Thickness: 1mm/0.04 inch
Material - The self-fusing silicone tape is made of silicone rubber and has phase viscosity that bond with itself. Hence, there is no sticky residue and it has a maximum heat-resistant temperature of 260°C (500°F). It can be well wrapped around water pipes/hoses as low as -50°C (-60°F) for outdoor and indoor use.
Usage - Pull the tape over the leaking pipe. Start 1.5 inches away from the leak. Begin stretching and tighten the tape from end to end to secure it. Install one turn and half a turn to completely cover the leaked area and wrap it repeatedly to increase the number of layers. Press the closed area for a few seconds to let the tape automatically wrap and stick and repair.
Application - Self-fusing silicone rubber sealing tape can be applied to various pipes in various scenes, such as pressure valves, faucets, water pipe adapters, industrial pipes, metal water pipes, garden hoses, etc.
Note - The leak-proofing tape should be operated with greater force. The more layers of winding tape there are, the better the leak-proofing effect will be. For household water pipe leaks, it can withstand pressure of less than or equal to 15kg.
